Shipping Policy
I aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days, but please note that delays may occur due to reasons like high order volume, holidays, etc.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, I begin processing it immediately. Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase, before the order is forwarded to my print partner. After this time, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Refunds and Returns
I do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders except in the case of damaged items during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please email me a photo of the damage and packaging within 7 days of delivery. After review, you can choose to receive a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect Addresses
It’s your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address that was provided by you, I am unable to offer a refund or resend the order. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
International Shipping
I currently offer shipping to the following regions: EU, UK and US. Please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your location, and I am not responsible for any additional charges upon delivery.
Copyright and Usage
All artwork and images remain the creative property of my practice. Purchasing a print does not grant copyright, reproduction, or commercial usage rights.
